Marina spent twelve years running a dining room in the Veneto and has opinions about Assyrtiko that she will share whether or not you ask. Six wines, all Greek, at least two of which will be from producers making fewer than four thousand bottles.
The three oils are tasted last and blind — ours, one from Crete, one from Messinia — and the room is usually wrong about which is which, including us.
