Calendar and availability.

The calendar opens four times a year, by season. Write to us with your dates and we reply within twenty-four hours, in person, never with an automated message.

Six rooms, twelve guests

We are a small house and the arithmetic is simple. There are six rooms and one table, and both fill from the same calendar — which is why we ask about dinner at the same time we ask about dates.

Nothing here is instant. A request is read by one of us, checked against the residency calendar, and answered in a sentence or two, usually the same evening and always within a day.

The season

April
Open. Two-night minimum. The garden is at its greenest and the sea is still cold.
May – September
Open. Three-night minimum. Eight residencies run across these months.
October
Open. Two-night minimum. Private dining twice a week in shoulder season.
November – March
Closed. Renaud is in the cellar and Marina is answering email slowly.

What to tell us

The more of this arrives in the first message, the shorter the correspondence.

Dates
Arrival and departure, and whether either is flexible by a day.
How many
Adults, children and their ages. Children join the long table from six.
The table
Which nights you would like to eat with us, if you know. Some guests choose the week by the chef.
Anything you cannot eat
Tell us now rather than at the table and the kitchen will simply cook around it.
The boat
If you have booked it. For stays of three nights or more we meet you at Kamares.

If the week is full

We will say so plainly and tell you what is open either side of it. We keep no waiting list, because a house this small cannot honour one, but we do answer second emails faster than first ones.
