What’s included.

The list is short and we would rather it stayed that way. Everything here comes with the room, at no additional charge.

On the upper terrace: yoghurt, fruit, the morning’s bread, cured tomato, espresso or filter, and juice pressed from whatever the garden gave.

Unfiltered Assyrtiko, poured on arrival, usually by Renaud and usually with an opinion attached.

Between 11:00 and 14:00. We do not enter rooms in the evening, for any reason.

A small library, the courtyard, and the upper terrace, all yours at any hour.

Hand-drawn, marked with the beaches worth the walk and the two that are not.

A bowl on the desk. Refilled without being asked.

What is not included

Lunch and dinner at the long table are charged separately, as are classes and anything from the cellar shop.

We do not have a spa. There is a hammam in Apollonia and it is better than ours would be.
